So that works out to about $3 a day or a little over. I assume you don't really have to buy much outside of this big shop.  People who say that it's expensive to eat healthy have no idea. No doubt you have access to some cheaper F&V compared to most places but in the various cities I have lived I have always shopped around and found F&V at reasonable prices.
