Yes I did had pollinate these flowers, and growing many kinds next to each other helps set the fruit.
there is some types that are more self fertile and wetter climate tolerant

Cool. I have a few of them in my yard that make really nice large flowers, but they don't get pollinated or something 'cause it doesn't set fruit... I've read you need bats or those really large moths to pollinate them naturally, otherwise people hand pollinate 'em. Did you have to hand pollinate it/them?
