Comment by Johanna Eklund on May 21, 2012 at 2:11am It tastes like any other mushroom I think. I always LOVED raw mushrooms but if you don't, use zucchini as the bread, the ends as the top bread. Did one of those as well.
The "mustard": mango and pealed zucchini.
The ketchup/hamburger dressing: tomatoes, pealed zucchini, parsley and the green tops of the scallions.
