Sorry Duchman, but i got it wrong. I gain weight but not 1kg per week , rather 1/2 kg per month . so i gain 2 kilo muscle in 4 months ,sorry mis calculated , thanks pat

Hey Dutchman, Thnks pal , Yes 80/10/10 is the best , I gain 4 kilo muscles so 1 kg pur week , i eat sometimes 5000 cal , Melons and bananas are my main dish , sometimes i eat 90 /5/5 . SO now i know for sure that we don't need alot of protein ,
