Just finished up an early morning 10 mile bike ride fueled by a large Pineapple Banana Smoothie. And people say fruit makes you fat. . . yeah right!

Hey you look great honeybun!  I'm wondering how it feels when you combine sweet fruit (banana) with acid fruit (pineapple) in one meal?  There's so much advice around here against that, I notice.  I've also had poor results from combining, but a 10m bike ride seems like you were feeling just fine!
