Hi there!!
I am now available for mentoring. I have just completed my ebook which you will receive once you sign up. There are lots of tips, recipes and inspiration to keep you motivated on your LFRV journey.

Investing in my program is US $650 for the 30 days - this includes an independent online running coach (don't worry very basic!), unlimited emails, 2 x half hour skype calls during the month, access to my private mentoring site - 'The fruititionist', my brand new 50 page mentoring ebook and continued support post mentoring!

How often do you use juicers, blenders, or dehydrators, and which ones, if any, would you recommend?

Hi Freelee! Today my nearly-11-year-old daughter came home talking about wanting to be skinnier (she is already very thin!). I found some anorexia pictures and showed her what happens when girls try to be "skinnier" all the time. Then I showed her YOUR picture and said, "this is what HEALTHY looks like". We talked about how you eat, and why I'm trying to eat that way. Now she's off eating a banana... thank you for all you do!

hi freelee! i want to thank you foremost, i happened to find you on youtube and was mesmerized with all your info, videos and pretty much everything you talked about, this was last night.  its as if someone turned a light on and now it all make sense and i have to follow it.  I'm 40, i had never been too overweight but have never been happy with my body.  everything you said was true, i was that thin girl that understated what i had to do to be in that weight, i was that girl that worked out too much and was in pain all the time from all the working out, running and weight lifting, i under ate, and was starving all the time.  i want to be able to eat all the fruit i want and not worry about how much calories is in it and right now i just want to get educated on how to keep satiety and eat enough to be healthy, i have a lot to learn and I'm ready so thank you. and if you have any tips and info you can share, i would love it, thank you again!

Dear Freelea,  I received your  new e-book today, and was able to read several pages while my students were out of class.  Thank you for taking the time to care and to organize your experiences for all of us.  I also commend your courage in saying what's true about some dangerous individuals, false mentors, out there in the movement; the clear warning is most helpful - that is, if a person is promising miracles, yet whose motivation is mercenary and is not living a a truly healthful style personally, then that person is not operating from a basis of what is true.  I look forward to pursuing and persevering..... one month fruit as of tomorrow..... your sharing is most helpful and encouraging.  Warm regards,   margot

I second Pamela's idea! I think "a day in the life" would be a very efficient form of educating others on what 811 is really all about. After all, actions speak louder than words.... :) So let's see Free in action!

I would love to see a DAY IN LIFE OF FREELEE VIDEO!.......From waking- do you drink that water upon rising?....What would your typical day of eating be like?....What about a typical day of working out be like?....How do you fit your work and social life into the mix?.....Also mention in your training, if you are training for anything specific- half marathon, marathon, ultra, or just simply a 5k, or maybe a hike up Kilimanjaro....or maybe a raw vegan (80-10-10) camping trip with friends, that would be cool to get a 30 BAD group together and go camping for a whole week and live off the land!....or a juice fest....or whatever....What about snacking?....What about sleep?.....etc.....

Freelee, hello! I've been on the 80/10/10 for about 3 days and I'm experiencing a lot of Heartburn. What fruit can I eat to combat this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Freelee, i just wanted to thank you so much. I used to be anorexic and lived off of tic tacs and diet pepsi. I came across your video and at first i thought you were a quack and then i saw that you had had an eating disorder just like me and it changed me forever. I changed my eating habits and successfully ran 500 miles over this past summer. you are such an insiration to me and i'll be gratefull forever. LOVE YA!!!

I should start off by saying i'm dealing with acne very badly recently. I went to a nutritionist to see if she could help with my problems, she tested my body, and told me i'm allergic to avocados, raspberries and POTASSIUM!  This can't be possible I say! I was told to stop eating bananas! I want to try to eat a lot of em to see if anything happens! Also, what tips do you have for me to control my Candida overgrowth? Thanks a lot freelee! You are truely inspiring! p.s. If i could, i would pay you to help me, but I do not have that money. thanks.

I can not get full eating nothing but fruit. I eat all day, but I bloat and then my stomach is both hungry AND hurting, and awful gas. I can't go run or work out or anything because my stomach is acting too crazy. Help!

Thank you for your advice. I have a gluten intolerance, ibs, and lactose intolerance. I went raw to reverse these problems. For several months I was successful at doing this. I then did a 30 day juice feast to fully heal my system. I was extremely successful but my juice fast breaking was terrible. The protocol told me to eat 8 oz of soaked prunes for several days. I was in pain and I ended up eating too many nuts and heavy raw dehydrated foods that caused me to gain weight, bring back my digestive problems and leave me feeling defeated. If I am to do a juice fast again...which i desperately need I really need some advice for how to safely break it. Would you suggest that I do a few days of a water fast and then maybe a juice fast to clean my system? Right now i have a lot of bloating and water retention which is no fun.

Hi Ally, healing digestive probs are my specialty. It's not possible to give the best advice here based on limited info, but u need to eat minimally and maybe clean out on a water fast and give your system a few weeks to rejuvenate after all the fat. so go slow with the food, eat simply and be patient. Freelee I have just begun a lfrv lifestyle. For close to a year I have been a high fat raw vegan and I now realize that I had more energy to exercise when I was eating cooked food! That's when I decided that I needed to make a change. This has been very difficult for me though. Yesterday I tried not to eat fat but I got really hungry and tried to eat bananas and started getting heartburn, bloating, gas etc. How do i get over cravings and detox because right now I have a splitting headache....HELP!
