I can't find any instructions on how to go about making an exchange. When I click on the exchange link on the bottom of the site it goes to the shipping info. PLEASE HELP ASAP!

I lost 65 lbs since last year through raw and physical activity and high carbing it. I still need to have a lot of toning in my arms and it is happening. I want toned arms before I wear these lovely T-shirts.
