
Hi everyone, So I gave up coffee completely 2 months ago....while I feel some of the benefits (no jitters, better sleep) I am always tired and by 6pm I am ready for bed (read = caffeine-free is making me not want to do much of anything). I've heard stories of folks being filled with energy after quitting coffee, but I'm still waiting for that burst. Any words of encouragement?? Thanks in advance…
