
I have decided to exclude overt fats from my 100 days training for 80/10/10 by the book. To me this is a no brainer. My body has a history of storing fat too easily and I'm finally getting my body fat % down. I want it to be 22% by the end of the 100 day training. How many others are doing the same? Why? Any problems/challenges? Thanks for your input.
