Share 'DO YOU WEIGH AND/OR MEASURE YOUR FOOD? DO YOU TRACK YOUR FOOD TO MAKE CERTAIN YOU ARE GETTING THE 80/10/10 RATIO?'
I can't guesstamate very well especially just getting into 80/10/10. I need to weigh/measure and I need to track my food intake. My mentor/naturopath/MD insists on reports daily also and it's helped me to indeed stay on track.
Do you do any of the above? What tracking program do you use?
