
Okay, so I FINALLY got the book 80/10/10 and read all of it except the recipe section and the success stories... I WILL get to them. I'm doing better most everyday, but I am REALLY fatigued. I'm pretty sure that my extreme afternoon fatigue is a detox symptom. I sleep 8-9 hours a night, but I'm always tight and tired when I get up. I've been this way for a LONG time.
