Share 'Gardening in LA'

Is anyone here interested in this, and learning more?  I have these two teachers that are looking for group students and I think it would be so fantastic to get a community garden going... I have a friend who has a huge plot of land we can all cultivate together, how rad!  we can start an orchard :))) so exciting
