Share 'Family Issues - Give me your perspective'

What do you guys do when you invite friends and/or family over either for a meal or to stay with you?   Do you allow meat, dairy, cooked food to be served either by you or by them if they bring their own?    Basically my parents visited us (myself, partner, + 14month old whom they were really visiting) for 4 days.  Before they came I told them that I did not want to have meat or dairy in the hous…
