Comment by Rocbola on May 5, 2013 at 11:01pm Check out my front yard container garden on Youtube! After watching many other gardeners worldwide share their knowledge on youtube, i have decided to start sharing my garden. I am a renter, so i can't build as many raised beds as i want, so i have a lot of containers.
I plan on uploading videos as the growing season progresses, as well as recipes, growing experiments, etc, so if you have a youtube account, please subscribe to my channel to see more videos.
Comment by Amanda Leigh Nama on April 12, 2013 at 2:55am We have quite a few seedlings on the front porch, and it's been so warm that they've gotten to spend a few nights outside! :D we are growing lots of tomotoes, romaine, cucumbers, melons, carrots, basil, cilantro, dill, oregano, chamomile, sage...and maybe some other things too :)
Comment by BeachVegan on April 11, 2013 at 6:21am Drought makes me sad. Everything out there is dusty at the moment.
Comment by Gwendolyn Seablossom on April 11, 2013 at 5:18am Yummy treat to grow what we eat! some seeds and soil is just what we need...some water and sun to help them grow...and before you know, you have created life to nourish the soul!
Comment by mickster on February 10, 2013 at 6:21am Lekoma, It is that point in the winter up here that I wished I lived else were. When I retire I will spend a few winter months in FLorida.
I noticed last spring that dandelions were the first to grow. I just ordered 10,000 dandelion seeds and when they get here I am going to throw down about half of them right on the snow. I have an area all fenced off for them. I am hoping they grow like weeds.
Comment by Pixi on November 13, 2012 at 10:47pm Lovely Dina! My gardening's a bit stalled until we re-fence, now that we have an inquisitive pup ;)
