Can anyone recommend some workout DVDs? Something trendy and fun is what I would lean to.

I loved Zumba so anything else like that would be great!

Amy,

Putting on a bit of muscle will help you keep unwanted fat weight off. Calisthenics are great for this. Don't worry about packing on too much, women are much slower to pack on muscle. Most importantly, LOVE YOURSELF the way you are! Every inch, every curve. Relax as much as possible, meditate, get out in the sunshine, and get plenty of rest.

hey guys!

i havent been raw for very long but feel like my body has changed shaped slightly since embarking....I went veggo Dec 2011 and then in the 6 months following i evolved into vegan and now raw for probably 1-2 months properly! i am really enjoying it! i feel energised and i feel like my body is clean! Prob until i found this website i have been consuming too much fat (ie soaked nuts-raw gourmet) but I want to get a little leaner!

before i was even veggo I use to run and i found that built muscle and didnt burn much fat
I then tried Tracy Anderson Method which i love-that leaned me out from the running into that nice feminine shape she likes to achieve...

now i am walking (i try for 4-5 days a week) and doing yoga (i try for 3times a week) I am loving my yoga so i want to ampe that up!

any more suggestions or links to you tube work outs where i can burn fat and even minimise my muscle? I don't want it to waist away but i would like i longer, leaner, sleeker look!

My measurements are currently: 33-26-38 ( i would ideally like to get my hip back down to 34in...i put on lots of weight, as in 20kg in a 12month period after returning from living OS...it was a messy time but anyway, i loved my figure then and would like to get back to it!)

please help for yoga workout, butt burning, thigh melting tips! :) :) :)

Hi everyone, I'm new to this site and the timing is perfect...coming back toward 811 after a couple years away, and just read the You Are Your Own Gym book, so to find this group was sweet! I just found the You Are Your Own Gym iPhone app and am supposedly :O about to start the 10-week suggested program. :) Anyway, hi y'all.
