To all the strength/bodybuilding people, here how often do you train and for how long? How is your recovery? Gains? Just curious. I see good results training 2 times a week and sometimes 12 times a week. Dont really notice a difference other than fuller muscles with 12 times a week. Anyways I hope you all have a great day! :D

I used to boulder, I actually climbed every day indoors. That was my primary workout back in AZ. Now that I'm in northern Illinois though... no climbing at all :/ Not a single rock gym in this entire city!
Any form of rcok climbing is an excellent way to engage and strengthen your core!
