Welcome new people! I'm excited to see some very intelligent conversations starting and am going to make some minor adjustments to my routines based on some of the input already!

Hey Chris,
Great Idea for this group there is a lot of people after losing a lot of fat on this diet that want to add some muscle. But we got get a good pic for the group the 3 green heads does not inspire. It would be nice to put up some pic of 811. Maybe it can be a blog "put up your pic like a friendly competition to see who gets there pic put up for the group"

I agree Mikey. I only enjoy training on an empty stomach. I'd be interested to hear what others do, since I do 100% gymnastics and can't really say much about moving large sums of weight.

Hey guys been working out pretty much for 20 years never for super size but more for strength and shape. Looking to build a bit more muscle after losing fat. Hey there are a lot of great members that I will invite to this group (jon harrington, Luke, Ryan, Paul abel, chris calafino). I will put some links to some good discussion and maybe we can get some good muscle building laws going.
Like don't train on a full stomach
Make sure to have a fruit meal after an intense workout (anywheref rom 500 cals to whatever) to replace glycogen stores.
I got to W.O before it gets to late. I will update soon
