Hey ladies and Gents post your pics!
Hopefully we can get enough people that sucessfuly maintain or have built a healthy muscular build with 811 so we can inspire new people coming into the diet.
It can also serve for before and afters. Just pics of 811ers we all know vegans can get muscles and there are plenty of examples but it is hard to find 811ers (so lets start).
Every bodies looking for health and the goal is not to be jumbo man or woman but the ability to build muscle should be capable if the diet is meant us! Here is a great one to start it off. (this blog was inspired by Mattias's pic of the Dougster!). So show those guns! or whatever! :) and mention how long you been mainly LFRV.
Also if you can add
-Approx Daily Calorie intake.
-If your do many overts like nuts and seeds.
-Have you built muscle or maintained with 811
-Type of Training and Frequency
Over 20 years LFRV!
