Sunshine! I have a question for you. Does the Mekong market ever have sales or is generally fairly priced? I'm really keen on getting down there to try durian, dragonfruit and some other stuff I've never eaten. :P

No better way to jump start this lifestyle than being so immersed and surrounded by fellow health seekers.
Attendance is not in the cards for me this time, but they'll be a ton of people there from 30B worldwide. Two friends I know who'll be present are Megan Mcdonnell (she'll be giving some presentations) and her beau Joey. Look em up and feel free to mention me as the means of intro.
