Awesome Group to make!!
I'm currently having some pretty good success shifting mental patterns with "Holodynamics" . . . If anyone wants to try it I'd be happy to do a "tracking" session with you.

Thanks for inviting me! The theme of this group has been my interest in my life- to reach my highest potential by eliminating negative beliefs & emotions.
In order to free my emotins, I am going to have an EFT treatment (Emotion Freedom Technique) tomorrow!!! Apparently it really works well by tapping your Chinese Meridian Points on your body. That is all I know. Has anyone had an EFT treatment?
