My nails have always been strong and long but on the 811 diet they bend and
break easily. Why is this? If I go back to the SAD diet for a couple days I already
notice a difference in how much stronger they are.... What is up with this????
Thanks!

To have a very accurate picture of how your body thrives on hcrv(without calorie restriction or flip flopping from raw vegan to cooked food.)you need to be 100% hcrv for 12 months at least, without slip ups to know, and then it's only the beginning especially if you have come from a background of ill health or disordered eating.Rest easy and enjoy the journey.

Permalink Reply by Whitedi ellen on May 1, 2012 at 3:00am That's interesting, I had just the opposite thing happen....my nails started to grow and became more strong once consumming lots of fruit. And honestly it was only after a few weeks that I noticed this happenning.
