30 Bananas a Day!

About 2 weeks ago I thought it was time to try the spiralized zucchini (peeled) on butter lettuce with tomato (wellblended in vitamix) and some avocado. - I could digest the steamed squash+tomato+avo/sauce on steamed zucch. on butter lettuce. So this is why i thought to go more raw with this meal.
But...the last time I tried raw zucch this way, my belly went peoowbrrbrrpeoowbrrpeoowbrrbrr again and by the next day my bowels were empty. This time the same and i couldn't fix it again by eating just bananas, mango. And my BP was extremely low (99/65 acc to our system) so ofcourse I went for the salty ricechips again....
Then I got the advice to take some psyllium, to bind the stuff. For a few days this is ok, but then I saw blood again and it went worse every day. I think it was a hemm, but still....bad enough. So I lost a lot of blood on the toi every day of last week (stopped with psyllium)
- although the bleeding I could do work outs well, and even take daily 4 km walks too - but this week I'm sooo tired.
I know I will be fine - will take a lot of rest, fluids, etc. Movie time all day.
My question is:
Anyone of the healers experiences like these?

Thanks, best wishes to you all.

Reading a lot of similar complaints from other blogs ... the best advice is : complete fast on water under supervision of a competent practicioner. There are a few I can come up with: Dr. Doug Graham's Costa Rica retreat, and Dr. Sniadach's retreat in Belize. I don't suffer of anything, but I'm saving up for one of these retreats of a 6 week duration for best results.
Other option is to omit the avocado in your combo.

Enjoy your movies...hopefully you picked some Cheech & Chong classics among them... they make me laugh beyond belief.

Thankyou for your advice. I'm doing much better now, although at the moment a little relapse again (mostly tiredness), but maybe it is just a phase again on the way to be healthier.
I eat mono a lot, that helped to improve. And I omitted the avo too.
The complete water fast I considered, but in Holland is a place where you can juice-fast, have a yoga program, massages, consults by naturopaths, all in one week or weekend. They do colonics too, but I don't think I will. When I go there I will do the juice fast (no citrus in my case) and the yoga, just relax and enjoy their spa. First a weekend to see how the atmosphere is - don't want to loose too much weight too. When I'm stronger to travel I hope to go to raw retreats! i would definitely prefer that. Would be great to go to Freelea's and DR's one day! I'd give free meridian qigong lessons ;-)
Thanks again, Love, Sita XX
PS the Cheech and Chong I will look it up!

Thanks again dear rgg. More and more I simplify and am fine with it, don't have the cravings anymore - not even for salt. What you say, I take soft fruits and the butter lettuce, still blend it in though.
Not train hard? Hmm, maybe I do too much. Don't know the limit well, probably - as a dancer one learns to work hard. It is ages ago, but I still know how it feels. I LOVE moving, not the cardiac, that's is still too hard, but mostly I do yoga and a bit pilates, some dance training now and then. I love variation, so qi gong and walking in the forest here I do also, sometimes I ride the bike, 9km, so not so much. Not all of this in one day, although sometimes I do 3 things, depends. Some days I have great energy, not today :-(

Great to know about the bp!!! So that's ok. But what about anemia?
Today I take total rest again; might have 'head-flu' or something, already since 3 days actually. Could be bit of a migraine from anemia..... Just don't know what to do about that without supplements (started taking a veg/fruit essence and spirulina...). Did you have low iron? Did your body solve that by itself too? I also add soft spinach to a smoothie, juice some in the juices, hope it helps. But mostly I take butter lettuce as green leafy veg.
I want to be strong again, have to build up some work also!

The raw finely grated carrot and steamed string beans I will try carefully. The zucch I have to steam very well, but ok, I'll keep them in.
And can you believe it: psyllium is what is advised everywhere for colitis!

I get used to the one step foreward - 2 sideways (better than back). The brainfog often keeps me from reading and writing. Guess that will go away too - All in all I realize that it takes more time than I thought. That also makes it easier to keep positive!

Thanks for your kind words XX

Humans (as far as I know are all one species) - as far as "species-specific exercises" go, it should be the same as "species-specific diets" - they are adapted for every member of the species and not just some.

Also - if we are from a tropical forest filled with trees, how can you sprint on foot? No animal in tropical forests sprints by foot (there are simply too many things in the way). Theres a good reason tracks only turn left and only twice. If it were…
