30 Bananas a Day!

Hey all you SD 811ers or aspiring 811ers,

Let's get together for some fitness, fun and fruit.

When: Sunday, March 11 8:30am

Where: Lake Murray (near the concession stand)

What:

8:30-9:00 Cardio: Running, walking, biking, skating...you choose. Go at your own pace. I will be running 3 miles at an ~8:30 pace.

9:00-9:30 Resistance Training: I have some resistance bands(please bring yours or some dumbbells if you have them) and we can do some body weight exercises as well.

9:30-9:40 Neuro Training

9:40-10:00 Yoga: Ranging from a gentle practice to about Yoga I.

10:00 Let the feasting begin! Bring your own fruit.

Come for all or any part of it. All I ask is that we make it a fruit only breakfast.
