 Muscle growth takes time if you never really had much of it. =)

 

I believe, it's just as healthy (when an individual is ready) to show weight gain pics, because RAW is for overall health & if you stick with a healthy active lifestyle in time, if you have a body goal, it IS attainable! You will of course reap MANY benefits. 

 

Please Remember, it is Just as Much of an ACCOMPLISHMENT to turn the mind & strive for a healthy body with a bit of gain. Those that have a fit lean muscular body, didn't get that way over night!

It is so nice to have the women I find so inspiring all in one group! I have a background of restricting calories (unconsciously) and drug addiction, but have always been thin. I have started getting bigger, and I just want to thank you all for your posts that have helped me accept it and not freak out! My husband said it is almost like being with a new woman :)

Great group idea!!! I had a bout of undereating before I found 30BaD, thus put on some extra padding in the beginning. Luckily I persisted, and now I'm ever so slowly gaining muscle (I lost a lot when I was undereating) and slimming out. It really works, just keep pounding down the fruit and exercising! :)
