That's a great site, Summer!! Thank you, this is exactly what I need right now ;)
Am looking forward to browse all the styles and anatomy vids too. Fantastic.
@ Jilayne Jones...
The best time to do your practice is in the morning on an empty stomach otherwise allow yourself two-three hours after eating before you practice. Note: there are some asana that are suitable for doing after eating that add in digestion. I hope this helps :0)
My yoga I practice in the morning for mostly 30 minutes, often followed by other exercises. Then it feels I'm ready to eat. I think I got used to 'earning' my breakfast. When I do yoga in the evening, I make sure the last meal (fruits) was 2 hours before that. Not long ago a yoga teacher on tv indeed mentioned not to eat 2 hours before exercising, but that is not for when you're 811 I guess.
Good luck! :)
