That site looks great except I am on a budget right now so cant really afford it :( Anyone know of any good yoga sites and types of yoga that are a bit tricker than the basic stuff??? Peace and Love Sarah xo

Hey Summer, that is where I took my class this morning.  I signed up a couple of weeks back to ensure that I could really get back into yoga.  It is fantastic being able to try any style whenever the urge takes me :)

Hi guys.  I just had my first Kundalini class this morning.  Talk about intense.  It was hard but amazing.  Anyone here experienced in this style?

@ Jilayne Jones...

The best time to do your practice is in the morning on an empty stomach otherwise allow yourself two-three hours after eating before you practice. Note: there are some asana that are suitable for doing after eating that add in digestion. I hope this helps :0)
