It is intense, but I believe you can make good progress with his program. My body aches a bit, but did the hamstrings class this morning anyway and I'm glad I did. Couldn't do the twisted (side) crow nor the full lotus, I decided not to be frustrated ;) Will see how it goes in a few weeks. I'm flexible enough, but my foot keeps sliding off of my thigh when I try to put the second foot on the other side. It is said in the ballet world, that you need 'open' hips to do this and also the splits sideways. I hope with David Magone's training to reach goals I couldn't before :)

Because you mentioned more vids, I read more about David Magone his Pranavayu yoga+vids and downloaded them all: until Monday will be doing the Full body strengthening and toning class (finished it for today already; LOVE it) and the next few weeks will do his program with the other vids alternated.

How great!!! I follow classes every day; just finished with yoga for hip and leg toning. My flexibility and muscle strength improved a lot since I started with this site. Most of the times I download the classes I really liked, to have enough lessons when I have to go on a budget ;) Wish you much enjoyment!
