Hello!!!!! I like your recipes, everyone, I want to learn about you, I like the salad with any mixed greens, pineapple cut, blueberries, nuts and grape seed oil cold press, looks and the taste is yummy!!!!!!!!

Hi, I'm new and enthusiastic, two weeks under my belt, sorry nothing to contribute at this stage, I am on the look out, scored myself a sunbeam dehydrator on display at Harvey Norman Nunawadding Vic $20 off @ $90 today :) and have a spirooli and spiralizer ordered, looking forward to using them :) like Dreamer I would like to know the recipe for the pic for this group :) thanks very much everyone!

Hello everyone!! This is my go to salad every night and its exquisite 1 lb arugula or any mixed greens 2 mangos cut to your liking 1/2 pint of cherrie tomatoes halved 1/2 avocado cut mix with hands dressing is 1/4 c lemon juice and 2-4 dates the other 1/2 pint of cherrie tomatoes and sometimes ill add more mange and cilantro in dressing!! yum!! i hope you enjoy

@ Jane - yes! It is just '11 bananas at different consistencies' but it is amazing how different it tastes to 'just eating 11 peeled bananas' or a smoothie. It is my weekend treat when I have more time to eat.

just enjoyed a big bowl of banana 'porridge' - 6 mashed bananas surrounded by banana 'milk' (5 bananas blended with water). yum :)

Discovered a really nice smoothie for those who dont like bananas. Just blend mangos with raspberries, with ice. LOVELY!

@Barbara Try zucchini noodles with tomato sauce, you can add raw corn and red sweet pepper or whatever you like in it.
