This is my go to salad every night and its exquisite 1 lb arugula or any mixed greens 2 mangos cut to your liking 1/2 pint of cherrie tomatoes halved 1/2 avocado cut mix with hands dressing is 1/4 c lemon juice and 2-4 dates the other 1/2 pint of cherrie tomatoes and sometimes ill add more mange and cilantro in dressing!! yum!! i hope you enjoy
