Another good one. If you eat overt fats, blend avocado, lemon juice, and dill. Makes an awesome veggie dip. :) I like to dip celery and red/green peppers.

It does not seem to bother me or the people I served it to. I also sometimes add mint to the drink. Mint is called BoHe in Chinese medicine and can be used for digestion issues and to clear heat. Of course if it bothers you don't drink it. I know that the enzymes used to digest melon only digest melon and not other foods so please if you are sensitive DON'T DO IT! Just like any recipe on this site use your own discretion and KNOW YOUR OWN BODY. That is the purpose of the whole 80-10-10 diet.

My favourite salad dressing (it is addictive) is raw tahini and fresh orange juice, on a salad with lettuce, celery and red cabbage, plus whatever else you like.

Not to put a downer on things, Sunny, but I don't think melons combine well with anything... It can cause digestive issues.
