30 Bananas a Day!

This makes 4 1 cup servings and is very filling and rAWEome! 

 

I am a stickler for details on measurements.  I use Cron-o-meter to track. 

124 g Tomatoe - 1 small one

123 g Zucchini - 1 small one

138 g celery - about 2 stalks

368 g corn on the cob - 3 6" stalks - cut off kernals

43 g green sweet bell pepper

49 g red sweet bell pepper

43 g orange sweet bell pepper

 

Put all the above in a blender, reserving enough of each for topping on each bowl of soup. Add garlic chives, thyme, 1 basil leaf, dill.  I use fresh herbs. 

 

Blend together for about 45 seconds.  Serve and garnish with topping. 

 

This is very filling!  Sweet but savory.  I have this usually with another vegie dish like a salad.  Yumm
