Hello hello ! I saw "Canucks" and was like VANCOUVER?! Would be pleased to meet Raw Food, Vegans in general, in Vancouver. I would love to be blown away by experienced Raw foodists as I am very new to it all and also am trying to get off pills for Hypothyroidism. It is my goal to be completely off of them and thrive on all the beautiful, vibrant fruits and vegetables. xoxoxo love and light to all

Hey Raw Canucks!!!

If anyone is visiting Vancouver this spring or summer, be sure to send me a message!

I would really love to meet some other Fully Raw 80/10/10ers.  I don't know any :(

So I invite you to msg me and hit me up to show you around!  And also, check to see if my couch is open! I am a couch surfing host.  I'm also working on getting an extra bike as well, and I am really looking forward to that for when I have guests!  Cycling around Vancouver in the summer is one of my favourite things to do!  This is a very bicycle-friendly city.

Fruitfully yours,

L J (I just go by LJ)

xx

I just went to 7hot dates website and they are all sold out until september :( would love to try fresh dates! :D

well you really have to look around. some cases of banana's are ready to rot same with their produce but alot of it is nearly ripe or perfectly ripe and ready to eat. Just have to browse. My case of banana's is still yellow/green. My best friend got a box of ready to eat banana's.

I get my date from 7hotdates - sooooo much better than the dates I can find at Save On.  I buy most of my produce at Costco, but I will definitely look into The Grocery People and Fatima's Discount Food Store . . . if I could reduce my grocery bill that would be great!

Hey thank you Tree! I check out Fatima's webiste, they don't have lots of information on it, looks like I'll have to go check it out today after work!  how's the quality of the food there?

If you are in Edmonton, there is a store called "Fatima's discount food store" , I just bought 45-50pounds of banana's from there for 16$
