Three and a half months pregnant, and my major food aversions are finally dissipating!  So excited to get back to my raw routines and be a part of this group with you other Mamas and Papas @_@

Hi everyone,

I'm vegetarian and wanted to transition to eventually become a vegan with the Raw Till 4 lifestyle because I feel like as a vegetarian I'm still feel unhealthy. I was in transition into the 30 bananas a day challenge when I found out I'm pregnant. My husband who is not a vegan or vegetarian didn't want me to do the 30 banana cleanse, but was okay with me trying to transition after the pregnancy. He's okay with me eating as much fruit as a I want as long as I eat well throughout the pregnancy, but the truth is I don't even know where to begin now that I stop the banana cleanse. I have become lazy to cook with my fast pace schedule, and just always feeling tired. When I was on the fifth day of the banana cleanse I felt great, but with the warning of my husband I went back to just the fast food quick vegetarian meals. I'm two months pregnant barely working on an appointment with the OBGYN, and struggling with motion sickness and no appetite. I want to be healthy, but just feel so overwhelm with information I don't know what to do with myself. I need help!

I am currently 4 months pregnant.  For the past 3.5 months fruits and veggies have not been appetizing at all.  Now that I feel better I really want to eat raw till 4 again, but I am a little nervous.  If anyone has advice or just support that would be great!  Also, are there any moms out there eating raw while breast feeding?

Hi, I'm only a month into the Raw til 4 diet and 2 days ago found out I was pregnant with my sec. I was wondering what are the best foods during pregnancy and how do I get enough calcium? Need a little advise I already eat about 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day.

Thanks Nigel, i am looking forwards to eating them again after his eczema is gone. My husband has a sensitivity too, so i think our son might be sensitive when his immune system his digestion and his liver are so compromised

That's odd, tomatoes cleared up my eczema. They're one of my most consumed foods! I guess what they say is true, "One man's medicine may be another's poison."

And i am avoiding all nightshades - todays is my first day. Just learned that nightshades trigger eczema yesterday (tomatoes, red peppers, hot peppers, eggplant
