Comment by Jarafel Chavkerova on May 24, 2012 at 5:34am thank you :) ouu I have another question.. should I take any vitamins or supplements that doctors recommend to pregnant woman? since I became pregnant i feel soooooooo tired..and I know I had it like this first time around too but now I am already mom and can't just sleep all day :P :)
Comment by Jarafel Chavkerova on May 23, 2012 at 12:40pm hello everybody :) I just found out that I am pregnant and I am soo happy and exited..only thing is I have a little concern and hope some of you could help me to overcome it.
before my first baby I never had menstrual cramps but after I gave birth and about year later my menstruation started I started having cramps and I was a little surprised because I thought people who have cramps before baby they stop having them so why do I start having them..anyway.now I know that i am pregnant..probably around 3-4 weeks but I still have cramps! is that normal in some cases or should i be worried? because I am a little worried... so if anybody knows anything then please share, thank you! :) love :)

Comment by Karmyn on May 8, 2012 at 6:11am Aloha Divine Wisdom,
Eating healthier food will NOT harm your baby! If you can eat 100% 811rv during your pregnancy and get enough calories and feel great then go for it!
Comment by Divine Wisdom on May 8, 2012 at 5:55am Hi everyone:) I am 19 weeks pregnant and I continuously feel the need to become 100% 80/10/10. I have read all over the place that the detoxification process will harm my unborn baby. Any suggestions? Thanks:)

Comment by Tingle on April 24, 2012 at 4:13am Hello all, I am experiencing M-A-J-O-R tummy pain today! I didn't eat or drink much of anything yesterday due to a very stressful situation, and I had pain in my uterus and chest. My body feels better except that no matter what I put in my stomach this morning, I am still hungry and hurting! I just turned 6 weeks on Friday and I have not yet gone 100% HCRV. I also walked about 3 hours in the sun yesterday, but not on purpose and not all in one stretch. Has anyone else been hit with extreme hunger like this? Should I be concerned?
Comment by Lolita on April 19, 2012 at 7:41am Ew. Especially when they are now finding elevated levels of arsenic in rice! These pediatricians did (most likely) NOT take nutrition courses. And those that did - probably got the same nutrition teaching that I got when I started at Oregon State over a decade ago: "vegetarians can get a complete protein by combining beans and rice". This idea is a myth, but they teach it :/
Comment by Erin Budd on April 6, 2012 at 6:16am There's just so much conflicting information out there. And my friends are more likely to listen to their pediatrician (and feed their kids rice cereal) than to listen to me. Even though their kids get sick and my son has never been sick.
Comment by veganmama on April 2, 2012 at 8:27am of course they are getting enough iron from breast milk, especially since its in the most easily absorbable form. which pediatrician is saying it isn't?
i have the book "the baby book" by william sears, a very well known baby book, and he says breast milk is best for iron
