Heya guys and girls! So the time has come for our montly picnic :) It's looking like a nice sunny day on Sunday, so we'll hold it at Kings Park again, starting from 2pm. For those who have never come before, it's just a very laid-back picnic. Everyone just brings their own food to eat and we chill out and talk all sorts of random stuff. Feel free to bring anyone along! Even if they're not raw vegan, everyone is welcome :) We will be set up on the grassy bank along Fraser Ave (where the limousines normally stop to take photos). If you can't find us, just give me (Justin) a buzz on 0412 244 834. I hope to see you there!!

Comment by Ava Irani on March 8, 2013 at 5:48pm Hi guys I work for the Australian Institute of Holistic Medicine, we are having our annual Natural Medicine Awareness Day on the 24th of March. Its like an open day at the college where people come through to try out different forms of healing, auyerveda, naturopathy, massage etc... its free, theres free seminars, healthy food, fresh juices and smoothies, talks, workshops, free tai chi and stalls n stuff.
Also of course lots of information about studying these types of therapy. Come along! Maybe we can even have our picnic here as its a fun day, lots of grass and nice things to do:).
Love Ava

Comment by Michael Edmonds on March 6, 2013 at 11:09pm Thanks James! Really glad you went and enjoyed it.. I'll also be going back this w.e
@Michael Edmonds .... Thanks for the tip! We went out there and had a feast under the trees on super tasty tree ripened and dropped mangos and filled a bucket too!! Going back this weekend. I reckon we do our fruit party picnic up there in 3 weekends time. What an awesome place.
Comment by Michael Edmonds on March 2, 2013 at 3:36pm Hey all!
If you guys have any free time this long weekend please take a chance to go to the mango farm in neerabup. (www.themangofarm.com.au) They are open Monday too.
They truly are the best mangoes I've had in this country. You can pick your own or you can just buy them pre picked. Prices range from $5 - $10 per kilo but they do have good deals selling buckets of nearly overripe mangoes (still good) for $10. these buckets are around 3 - 5 kgs!
Also, while your're down there you can sign the petition as they are having trouble keeping the farm running. PLEASE SUPPORT THEM. Quality fruit is a rare commodity these days :(
Take care perthians.

Comment by Ava Irani on December 4, 2012 at 11:34am Hey Guys!
There are some awesome Yoga/energy/philosophy workshops and shortcourses going on at AIHM which is a holistic medicine college in Cockburn (I work in reception there and will facilitate the courses).
If you have any questions ask me about it! Its mainly an introduction/guide to how to use your body/yoga for spiritual enlightenment..
