I will be hosting monthly HCRV meetups for us to meet one another, share our experiences and support each other. This is a great opportunity for us to create a community where we can get to know others who share our love of fruit, and address some of the challenges that we may face as a result of choosing to live HCRV in a omnivorous world.
At the meetings, we will discuss topics from the 80/10/10 Diet book, specifically addressing one or more of Dr. Graham's 32 Elements of Health, and whatever other topics people wish to discuss. My hope is that we will be able to create mentoring relationships, and to support each other as we face the realities of being HCRV.
Our first meeting will be Saturday, March 31 at my place in Seattle (Capitol Hill - 12th and John). Any suggestions on the time would be greatly appreciated - any time after 11:00 am works for me. There is space for about 15 people. I am giving first priority to 30 BAD members... If we still have space after next week, I will post it to the Raw Network of WA meetup group, so let me know if you can make it. I will send you the street address by private message.
I hope you can all make it, and I look forward to meeting you!

Permalink Reply by Huckleberry on March 17, 2012 at 4:57am Thank you! Most generous of you to host! I'm pretty sure I could make it. After 11:00am-afternoon works best for me. Look forward to meeting you and other fruity people.

I'd love to go but I'm not sure if I could take 5 hours plus of bus riding to get to Seattle and back home on that day!!! But I'd love to come too!
Permalink Reply by Poodle Doodle Doo on March 28, 2012 at 5:01am Working that day but please host again soon!
Permalink Reply by Frootylicious on March 29, 2012 at 3:44pm I'm hoping to get together once a month. Let me know if there are days/times that work best for you.
Permalink Reply by Frootylicious on March 28, 2012 at 5:02am We will be starting at noon, and ending at 2:00 or so. I will have bananas for snacks or smoothies - feel free to bring something for yourself or to share. Smoothie add-ins are always welcome.
The intention is to build a supportive community so that we can all find success on our path to radiant health and joyful living. This will be a really open format, so if there are any topics that you would like to bring up, then feel free to let me know. You do not need to have read the 80-10-10 book.
Yours in Health,
Kristine
