30 Bananas a Day!

I will be hosting monthly HCRV meetups for us to meet one another, share our experiences and support each other.  This is a great opportunity for us to create a community where we can get to know others who share our love of fruit, and address some of the challenges that we may face as a result of choosing to live HCRV in a omnivorous world.

At the meetings, we will discuss topics from the 80/10/10 Diet book, specifically addressing one or more of Dr. Graham's 32 Elements of Health, and whatever other topics people wish to discuss.  My hope is that we will be able to create mentoring relationships, and to support each other as we face the realities of being HCRV.

Our first meeting will be Saturday, March 31 at my place in Seattle (Capitol Hill - 12th and John).  Any suggestions on the time would be greatly appreciated - any time after 11:00 am works for me.   There is space for about 15 people.  I am giving first priority to 30 BAD members... If we still have space after next week, I will post it to the Raw Network of WA meetup group, so let me know if you can make it.  I will send you the street address by private message.

I hope you can all make it, and I look forward to meeting you!

Great idea, and great of you to host!  I won't be able to make that Saturday, but I would definitely come to the next one.

Thank you! Most generous of you to host! I'm pretty sure I could make it. After 11:00am-afternoon works best for me. Look forward to meeting you and other fruity people.

I'm about 75% certain I'll be able to make this meeting! Let me know how you're doing on space, cause I'd love to meet you wonderful people.

There's plenty of space.  I hope to see you soon!

Are you driving from Olympia?

I'd love to go but I'm not sure if I could take 5 hours plus of bus riding to get to Seattle and back home on that day!!!  But I'd love to come too!

I'm hoping to get together once a month.  Let me know if there are days/times that work best for you.

We will be starting at noon, and ending at 2:00 or so.  I will have bananas for snacks or smoothies - feel free to bring something for yourself or to share.  Smoothie add-ins are always welcome.

The intention is to build a supportive community so that we can all find success on our path to radiant health and joyful living.  This will be a really open format, so if there are any topics that you would like to bring up, then feel free to let me know.  You do not need to have read the 80-10-10 book.

Yours in Health,

Kristine

i'd love to go if there's still space?

me too!  I just started LFRV and would love to know what other people are eating.

I think I've sent an email with my address and contact into to everyone who said they would come.  There is still space, so if you are interested, then add a reply and I can send you my info.

I'm really excited to meet everyone! :-D

Sorry to have missed this one, but I'd be interested in future events, although I sometimes work on Saturdays with short notice, so I can't make any promises. I really want to meet local fruity people!

This sounds great. I was in Arizona on March 31st but am looking forward to the next one. Please include me in your next email. Thanks.
