Hi Dejan. Hello!

I'm sure the NYC gang will have some get-togethers later this spring & this summer.

Looking forward to meeting you & the rest of the east coasters. :)

Happy Spring Everyone!

Another reminder about the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival next Sunday, April 3rd. I think it's important to help contribute to the turnout of this event to help spread the good word. Cmon people! :)

Thanks Bart! ;D) It's slowly working.

Yesterday I sold the abwheel & today it looks like the rebounder is going. (My fingers are crossed she says yes.)  And earlier someone donated a Flip video camera to the project. - So now I can make some creative videos that help & inspire others! I'm pretty excited about it all. Thanks for your kind words about it. :) Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Hey Aimee,

I don't need any of these items, but wow, that's an awesome plan you're funding!!!

Hello Fellow New Yorkers! :)

I just put an ad on Craigslist for my folding rebounder: http://newyork.craigslist.org/brk/hab/2251626234.html

I also have raw books (like 80/10/10, books by author Kate Magic, fasting books, natural hygiene books, Ann Wigmore books & more), a weighted jump rope, an ab wheel, a wheat grass hand juicer, a Brevel juicer & yoga DVDs!

I'm selling these things to raise money for a creative project that I am working on. You can see details here: click on this Link.

If any of you are interested in any of these things, please let me know. :) It would be a great help to me.

Lots of love to you!

In gratitude & love,

Aimee

Jasmin, great to know you're going to grace us here in ny with your presence.

I don't think I'll be able to accomodate you (it may be a possibility, though), but I can definitely show you around to all the best fruits places. In summer is the best time for fruit here as there is a lot of variety. Sometimes I meet up with other raw vegans, so maybe we can get a carpool going.

Hey all,

The NYC Vegetarian Food Festival is April 3rd. I'll probably be going, and think it'd be great to have a group from here to add to the vegan presence, and bring in some LFRV knowledge/charisma also. Check it out on the event page here:

@ Bart

Not sure in NYC.

I vision has improved when I going into raw vegan lifestyle. My eyesight (short sighted) was -4.75, -4.25, now is -1.5, -1.0.

What make my eyesight better? To sum it up -

green juice, green smoothie, carrot + green juice, salads, fresh fruits

only wear eye glasses when necessary (e.g. driving)

no TV, use as little computer as possible

sun gazing ( 1 hours either sides of sun rise and sun set, please reseach more)

I 'll forward a link based in USA later, need to find the flyer first.

Good luck

Hey, does anybody know a good optometrist in NYC that's into natural vision improvement?
