Do you all compost? How do you store it? Where do you bring it?
I store mine in my closet in 2 five gallon paint buckets. They lock in the smell pretty well. Then I lug them to Union Square once a week. It's a royal pain because I'm not strong, and the traffic on the trains. Suggestions?

After experimenting with lots of storage options I have to admit that these paint buckets lock in any (fragrant) smell pretty well.

There's a drop off place. A lady will be standing there with 8 or so big trashcans. If you can't find it just ask anyone from the market (they'll point you there). Usually they keep it away from the food. Check out their website: http://www.lesecologycenter.org/index.php?option=com_content&vi...
