Several of you have been asking so I wanted to post a picture and description my Shyang-Tian Vegetable Shredder (the brand of spiralizer I used to make the ultra-thin veggie noodles in my 811 pasta casserole dish for the Thanksgiving party). Hey guys,
Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed getting to know each and every one of you over the Thanksgiving holiday!! Between all the meeting and greeting (and of course the eating!) going on, it was certainly a Thanksgiving to be thankful for! I consider myself incredibly blessed to have bonded with such a wonderful ‘bunch’ (pun intended) of 30BaDers who love living LFRV as much as I do! Big thanks to Jourdan, his family, and all of the partygoers for making this event such a “sweet” success :)
