Natural instinct and senses based mono feeding (which mono feeding serves best) is a most natural and healthy thing to do (short- and long term). Actually, in my experience, if one gravitates naturally towards feeding on fresh high-water-low-fiber-fruits, then mono eating is experienced as even more natural and inevitable. The denser, the more fibrous and fat containing are the foods the more are people inclined to complicating - mixing, blending and consequently overeating (meaning ingesting more foods in to the organism than it can process and handle, leading to enervation and suppression of required healing maintenance functions) and by that torturing themselves into even more insane compulsive suicidal behavior. I really welcome this group;-)

Mono-mealing is a blast! You really feel a difference. Anybody have a certain fruit in mind that would enhance cleansing?

I mono'd on figs all day long today - I think I must have eaten 7 pounds. So incredibly yummy! For dinner I did eat tomato and lettuce at the same time, but at least I had just to those two, and I ate them out of hand instead of mixed into a big bowl together. I'm really enjoying the mono fruit meals during the day though!

That is kind of how I usually eat too, Yuliya - one fruit, but I often follow it up with one kind of green. But tomorrow I am going to try mono meals for the whole day.

Hi guys!

I am practicing monoeating as much as I can, but sometimes when I don't have enough of one fruit I follow it with another similar fruit. Also I still blend bananas and plantains sometimes together. And I do my best to follow all my fruit meals with mixed baby greens because I have teeth sensitivity issues and this practice really helps. Otherwise I am looking forward to become even more mono with time!

Hi guys, I don't mix, but sometimes I can eat fruit one type after another without waiting, they can be partly mixed in the stomach as the result.
