I feel fantastic eating only mono meals. Though I do have a question. I bought 2 different kinds of tomatoes yesterday (big ones and the little cherry ones). If I ate both of them as a meal would that still be considered a mono meal (because their both tomatoes) or not (because their different kinds of tomatoes?
I am sure if you want to be very precise and totally pure then you might separate the two:-) Most of the time I don't do that simply because I can have only a few organic ripe-looking apples of one variety and a few of another... Oh, I won't start the story of our struggle in Ireland with no sunlight and ripe food!!!
But what is more important I think at the very moment is how you feel although it is often very subjective, isn't it?! :-)) ... Look, you wrote: "I feel fantastic eating only mono meals." So, do a few experiments. Combine two varieties of the same food, and then do not combine them. See how it affects you. But make sure to do these experiments as many times you can with different foods (say, oranges, apples, durians, ah... whatever you are eating :-)), so to obtain unbiased result(s if it is even possible as such:-))) )
Please, let us know what you think!!! I personally do not feel any difference :-)
I ended up eating both of the kinds of tomatoes today and felt fine. :) Next time when I eat a bunch of one kind of tomato, I'll keep you posted. :)
mono fruit all the way!
