Thought I would just let anyone who is in the Kansas CIty area know that Trader Joe's has some super delicious plums right now. I have to go back to the store tomorrow because I literally ate all that I bought.

I'm always nervous when I buy plums because I've had to many that were so tasteless. These did not disappoint.

Hello from the center of Illinois. I'm currently heading home from Wisconsin, but stopping by Pacific Produce to hopefully score some durian. Wish me luck.

For Minneapolis friends! I wanted to update my date recommendation and let you know that I did try out the Holy Land located at Midtown Global Market and the date selection was quite poor so if you're looking for the GOOD stuff, go to the main location in NE Minneapolis :)

@ Vegan Spookling
I have not ordered from them yet, I have been having issues getting paid from my employer the past few months and literally been without enough money to start my membership.

@ Eva Lovisa
Thanks for this information! I've been needing dates in my life agian

Thanks so much, Eva! I sadly have no dates right now and have been meaning to get some. I will definitely go to Holy Land!!

Ryan, have you gotten any produce from them?? I'm interested.

For my Minneapolis peeps! I'm still trying to figure out the wholesale situation too.

BUT, I can tell you where to find the most AMAZING dates!!!!

I get my big boxes of dates from the Holy Land http://holylandbrand.com/ (I've only been to their main store, but I'm sure the other Midtown location is just as good). They have an absolutely incredible selection of all sorts of different date varieties — and the price is amazing. Better than ordering online! And the quality is SUPERB! :D

Other than that, I've have the best luck with Champagne mangos from Whole Foods, they tend to have very ripe ones and will often discount them :)

Welcome to Minneapolis! :D

...I was referred here by another member on this site, credit to them. Unsuse who is was :-/

This is not buying directly from a wholesale company but a club. This may or may not be what you are looking for.

Noanoa, I'm new in Minneapolis, too! I have been wondering the same thing.
