Hey I love Rodrigo y Gabriella and would be very interested in playing their style with someone. I'm not exactly sure how we could play together but I'm open to your ideas. One thing I should mention is that I don't play flamenco style so I can't exactly replicate their sound.
Hellllllllo! I am looking for a lead guitarist to do a Rod and Gab style acoustic duo :) I normally am a singer/ songwriter/rhythm guitarist however I want to do something different, acoustic. I cant play in the style and will have to learn the drum style rhythms that are played, so if this interests you we can learn together, or if you can play this style you would have to teach me! :) I would be looking to gig and am 100% committed. I am not looking to start right away so even if youve got stuff going on, still get intouch. love to hear from you Namaste ♥
I was wondering, I'm embarking on my grade 6 examinations in August and I have a lot of work to do to get there this year! Is anyone willing to be my theoretical buddy and if I have any questions to explain concepts to me? I'm not looking forward to 5 part harmony disillusionment syndrome.
This is a coo' group. I'm an electric guitarist but am learning classical to get into a more classical degree. I really like sharing music, I don't have any recordings of my own but I thought you guys might appreciate this chap. Godpseed.
That would be my ex-band. I'm the singer + did some keys/producing/programming.
Friday, getting one of These!!
@Raw Music Where do you live or where would you start? I would be in the boat, sounds amazing!
Yes either one big or several small to medium sized. Several boats have an advantage in safety and space. I have always been a fan of the mother ship(60-90 feet)/scout ship(several 35-50 feet) model where the scouts can speed about and find the goods and the mother ship can be the gathering spot.
So yes I know that SIZE MATTERS! Not to mention the extra room needed for our instruments. :)
Do check out my link as these people are already doing it and boy are they cool!
Yes! Well you will probably have to agree dear Trevor that we deffinatly need a B I G B O A T for all the Raw Crazy for Life Musicians to fit! Where there is will there is a way!
Good to have you abord!
@RawMusic. Your idea sounds great! I have had this same idea for a long time but could never find people who were serious about the sailing part. These wonderful people come close to this idea but unfortunately they are full :( But check out their site anyway as they are a real inspiration!
By the way... I'm with you!
