i've skimmed over eveyones comments in this topic so forgive me if someone has already answered it and here i am asking it again...
As i am sure most people are...become RV is a progressive thing and doesnt happen over night....I would have considered my self very healthy before, by only eating foods provided by the earth and plant based food, being veggo (inspired by The Earth Diet & The Garden Diet) then going vegan as a result of cutting out processed foods then obviously rolling into raw-vegan...So given that as a counterpart, we are generally physically and sustainable smaller by way of our diet....How long until you see weight drop off?
I am 25 (this year..eeep) 173cm tall and around 60kg. I have always been athletic so i do have a fair bit of muscle...any time i tell people i am 60kg they are surprised but obviously seems normal to me as i have always been around that weight range....
ideally, i would like to get down to around 55kg...but at the end of the day, the number on the scales isnt that important, i guess its just those 'skinny' jeans i would like to get back into :)
does any one have advice, been in my shoes before, sound like your story, have recommendations for calorie intake?
all/any feedback or comments welcomed! :)
I am after the answer for that as well :) And my post is just below your post in this group.
At the moment I don't have an answer - I can only say that I noticed that my body heats up every time I hammer 1000 to 1500 calories of carbohydrates in :) I measure only in bodyfat percentag with a caliper. I follow a 5000 calorie regimen and have not noticed any major fat gains - I am more or less stable at the moment (doing this for 19 days now).
I guess my body still tries to figure out, if the famine is really over - before it let's off all the fat.
