Alright! I've only been vegan since October. I have been trying since March to be low fat vegan/raw vegan. right now I'm at the point where I eat all fresh fruits and veggies except I'll have pasteurized fruit juice toward the end of the night when I'm craving cooked foods. I'll also occasionally have fat free hummus with my lettuce wrap and have a bite of a vegan snack at my job at a health food store. I would say 90% to 95% of my calories are from fresh produce. Does everyone think this is a satisfactory diet? What else should I work on?
Now on too my body:
I am 5'2 and 120 lbs, I wear i size 0/2 in jeans.my waist is 26" and my thighs are 19". I have a chubby tummy and thighs. I am beginning to run and have been riding my bike regularly for the past two weeks. I haven't seen any change in weight or size in the past 3-4 months. what else could I do to boost my weight?

Hi just to say that it sounds like you are doing great, and you are a good weight at 26" waist, size 0/2 you have my DREAM body lol :) How much heavier were you before you went vegan? Just curious.... :)
