SOURCES OF FRESH DATES IN BULK

I'm not sure :( I saw dates in Tesco but you get about ten for £4, way too expensive! I'd suggest looking for farmer's markets or fresh fruit and veg wholesalers in your area who can supply you with bulk :) For instance, I typed in google, 'Plymouth fruit wholesalers', and got a 'yell.com' page with a list of the wholesalers in my area with their phone numbers and websites, some of them deliver to your door, too. Worth a shot! Hope that helps,

Not sure where you are, but I go to my local Indian/Pakistani food shop and buy fresh iranian dates - 1 kg for £3.  They are so incredible and cheap too.  It is worth sourcing some near you because they certainly make this lifestyle doable for me!

Organic Medjool dates are £2 for 200g in Tesco's ... i don't have a Tesco near me but get them to deliver from Exeter as I do a bulk organic fruit shop, I saw a link to a german company that exported them in bulk monthly on a thread on here a few weeks back, will try to isolate it.
