Of course, after soooo many years of putting less than ideal foods into my body, this is not an easy road to travel. I'm trying to be a raw girl in a cooked vegan house. My husband felt compelled to go vegan last October so we converted the whole family almost over night. Then I began to look into LFRV, I tried it for 50+ days and then went back to some cooked food. These last two weeks I've been 100% most of the time. I feel like I'm going through some kind of detox nightmare, which makes it even more difficult to hang in there... but I am.
