I was just wondering if you guys do the 5 small meals a day, or 2-3 larger meals? I've normally been doing the 2-3 larger meals, but I don't want to stunt any results if I'm not eating the smaller meals throughout the day. I would love to hear your input! :) Thanks!

It's going awesome! I haven't sweat and felt the burn like this in a long time. Then I was so stiff after the Plyo Cardio, but I can tell I'm getting better every day. I'm love'n it so far. I only wish I had bought it sooner. My plan is to lose weight & get fit for the Woodstock Fruit Festival ... please pray for me. :o)
Oh and congrats to you on your finishing, your numbers are impressive. :o)
