Hey everyone, So I'm sure many people have heard of or read about the challenges done here on 30 BaD:) I'm doing a second round and anyone is able to join me. I'm experimenting for 30 days more to see if this diet affects me as well as I'm hoping for, but everyone can join for their own curiosities, projected measures, nutrition improvement, or just for fun. Here are the guidelines:

OK, thanks, I'm super stressed today cause I'm waiting on a call from the bank to see if I got a job there and they've not called yet:/ I really want to get out of the fast food restuarant I'm working at now or else I wouldn't feel I needed it so much. Please keep your fingers crossed for me! & don't worry we'll do great tomorrow!
Day 1 of 30 day challenge: Glad you started it!
Breakfast: 4 bananas blended
Lunch: 6 bananas and baby carrots
Snack: Cup of fresh OJ
Dinner: Celery/grape/apple salad and three cooked red skin potatoes
Drinks: Several liters of water, americano coffee drink
Exercise: On my feet all day, running around at work
Not perfect, but happy with the day!!!

Breakfast: 5 bananas.... still new to this so that's a lot! :-)
Lunch/Snack: peach, nectarine, smoothie (mango/greens)
Dinner: red potatoes steamed
Water: approx 1L
Calories: ~1200 (raw), total ~1700 (92 carb/5 pro/3 fat)
Was hugely looking forward to cooked meal

Day 1, 8/11/2012 (sorry I didn't post last night, after work I was EXHAUSTED!)
B: 6 banana smoothie
L: 95 cherries
D: 2 canteloupes, 4 peaches, then 1 green salad and Raw cherry cobbler(5 baby carrots, 3 strawberries, 11 dates, 27 cherries)
Water: 6 liters
Exercise: None, except for work
Sun: 15 minutes maybe
Sorry it took so long for me to start guys! I'm gonna try my hardest at this!
Breakfast: 6 bananas
Snack: 3 kiwis
Lunch: 2 bean burritos
Snack: 10 dates
Dinner: 2 cups of brown rice with 1/3 baguette
Cals: 2684 Carbs: 608 Fat: 21 Protein: 56
Sleep: 7 hours
Sun: Had some time outside, but not a lot!
Exercise: None, except for some walking.
Day 2, I went over-board today because we went to the bowling alley for my birthday party, then to a restaurant.
So I've decided not to post my day 2 because I don't want to discourage anyone. I had a few fried foods but nothing non-vegan for sure. My 2nd day will be tomorrow and I'll go on from there. Sorry guys, I won't mess up again!
