Hey there,
Since going 811 my skin has been really great, but I still have this annoying, persistent sort of "lumpiness" on my forehead. It's not really terrible acne, but I wonder why it's there.
I did a mini search on google and found some references to acne on the forehead being a sign that the body was under stress and was diverting energy away from the digestive system. I have had a history of high stress levels, as well as Crohn's Disease, so I thought this was perhaps pretty pertinent in my case.
So, can anyone tell me if they think this is true? And if so, aside from reducing stress levels (which I'm working on) if there is anything I can do?
