Comment by Rachelle Abel on February 24, 2013 at 3:17am depends on how good their filter is. I get the tap water and let it air out for several days before using it. Or I buy the filtered tap water from dispensers around town. I used to use the Daulton water filter here at my place and I still have it. It was just a pain to wash and the rain water is acidic and void of any minerals. Our teeth started paying the price. So that is why I get the tap water and let it air out.

Comment by Rachelle Abel on February 23, 2013 at 5:33pm depends on where you are. tap water is readily available along side the roads at various stations to fill up your container or you would need to buy water. some places will have filters on their catchment systems but I would drink tap before that most of the time.

Why would there be a reason to be in Oahu? you a good surfer with a board? If you coming for the fruit Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui are all you need to see.
