30 Bananas a Day!

Hi folks,

Most of you don't know me, I'm hardly on the web. Mostly at our farm planting, tending and harvesting fruits and veggies and raising a family playing in the waterfalls.
Anyway, we happen to have a great abundance of ripe bananas right now so if anyone would like to come visit on hamakua to eat, play in the river or help weed the gardens, send me a note.

Ps, you may know zack who lives here too.

Nice to have you visit us, Kihalani.

Is this an offer just to come say hi for a day, or do you actually accomodate volunteers more long term?

Either way, mahalo for the invite and feel free to stop by and share your paradise adventures anytime :)

Yes, actually, we are currently calling in a fruitarian female volunteer/work trader. We have a giant tent for her and she can share our kitchen, shower, bath and outdoor flush toilet. Woodfired hot tub on it's way. Other volunteers can set up camp here or on zacks side of the river...let's talk story if you are interested...bless

Are you on the big Island. I may be your girl for woofing in Feb 2012. Short term.

Let's talk!

This post was a month ago, but I'm wondering what your banana state is at present?  We are on the Kona side and have lots of green stacks on the trees but nothing ripe at this time and I am jonesing for some nanners!! I'd also love to come by for a visit and see your farm...

thats my dream

Hi Kihalani, I haven't heard back from you, but I am still very interested in your banana stash, as we are still a week or more away from our racks being ripe enough to eat.  I am in Kona, just south of the airport.
