30 Bananas a Day!

Hi, I'm fairly new to this regime and 4.5 months pregnant so having to double my efforts, I'm a nutritionist and personal trainer by trade but am just fascinated with this type of lifestyle as I have never liked the high protein low carb obsession.......can anyone share their success stories, before after pics etc i would love to hear them or any tips you may have.......:)

I have pictures in my blog section which show me when I was eating an average diet of junk, a vegan diet, and more recent.  My main success with this diet has been getting rid of of irritable bowel syndrome, and having much better recovery.   My advice would be to expect cravings and detox but at the same time look at the bigger picture, and to just read as much as you can here.  

Thanks chick, yeh it's going well I certainly don't feel hungry but think I will add the odd cooked kumara at dinner occasionally in winter all the cold gets boring...I will be ridiculously hardcore after the baby is born, congrats on your pics you look great!!
